The BIG dog collar is made for bigger, stronger dogs.
This collar is 38mm wide which gives this collar a bit more of a tougher look than our regular collar (25mm wide collar) found here.
Made using weather resistant harness leather, this leather is designed for the equestrian industry so will certainly stand up to the elements of everyday dog life in both animal comfort and durability
A solid brass roller buckle with a stainless steel tongue and large solid brass Dee will ensure that nothing gives way when your dog is pulling you down the street.
Roller buckle currently substituted for a solid brass west end style buckle, which is very similar.
The collar is also designed with extra strength in mind as the D ring is situated at the end, past the buckle (meaning the collar end feeds back through the D to the buckle and then through the keeper). This design feature is so that the lead pulls on the strongest part of the leather as it wraps back around.

This buckle system is by far the best, the way tension is on the whole collar not just the loop buckle. Beautiful leather, and looks amazing. Already been asked where I got it. I love the quality of the leather, and the collar is very well put together. It feels very strong and I’m sure it will hold up against my big dog pulling on the lead. The only slightly annoying thing is the jingle noise from the large d-ring hitting the buckle as the dog moves around…
