I chose to purchase a belt for my wife from Anvil Leather based on a few things. Australian made, quality craftmanship, able to change out buckle, but the main reason I chose Anvil was the response I got from owner, Aaron. He was friendly and very approachable with our requests. My wife loves the belt, the colour and said you can tell its really nice leather. It just feels like good quality.
Beautiful Leatherwork and doin the job Perfect fit from the size chart. Great quality. Should last a lifetime. Will definitely buy another one for every day outside of work. Thank you cheers Al W
I would recommend buying belts from Anvil Hide to anyone I know. If you want to get a belt that is both stylish and high quality this is the place to go. Not only are you supporting a small Australia business too the belt is priced similar to other brand but with better materials used … I think it is a no brainer but I would definitely recommend the belts from these guys
Honestly the best belt I've ever owned. I ordered the classic belt in ox blood and asked Aaron if he could change the buckle from a gold finish to a silver finish because I wanted to wear it on my wedding day and have it match in with my accessories. He absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark got it to me in no time at all and it come up looking superb.
I could not love this belt more than I do ! The craftsmanship ..and attention to detail , not to mention the perfect leather ...it puts all others to shame . I'm 58 and have owned a lot of belts in my time . As you can see in the photo ...my 'Dad bod supreme' , and my dacks are goin nowhere with this bad boy on , I can honestly say if I came off my Harley and all else was lost , they will find this belt perfectly intact , its that good ! Do yourself a favor , use the sizing guide available as I did , get one of these belts , or live a lifetime of regret . They are simple the best .
This is by far the most outstanding belt I have ever owned. Every other belt I’ve owned cracks and flakes and looks terrible within a 6-12 month period. This belt has been worn daily for the 6 weeks and it shows no sign of wear. You can just feel that this will last for decades.
I needed a new good belt to wear for going out. After looking at the cheap rubbish from the larger chain stores that were available I decided to spend more and get one that would last. I am delighted with that decision and am so glad I purchased from Anvil Hide Leatherwork’s. The belt is absolute quality, very comfortable to wear and I reckon it will outlast me. I've been looking for a good quality belt for years. I have an old belt that has lasted me, but I need a hard wearing replacement. After reading the reviews about Anvil Hide, I took the risk and ordered. I am not disappointed, in fact, my expectations were exceeded. It is a beautifully crafted belt, sturdy and comfortable. The best feedback I can give is that I am about to purchase a black belt for work and a guitar strap as well as I'm so happy with the workmanship. Keep up the good work!

Well thank you FaceBook. I'd had enough of my belts fraying, coming apart and just not lasting. After seeing Aaron's products and reading reviews I was sold and ordered one in black and one in ox blood. Now once they arrived, beautifully packaged and presented, I was very impressed. The quality of leather, buckles and Chicago screws is obvious from first sight. The stitching and finishing of edges is a quality only found in truly hand made leather products. I wish you all the best success in the future. Now what to buy next!! Action shot promised.

Feels great, well made Tricky to undo when new - presumably the holes will widen once the leather holes stretch a little

Tried on my new belt and it is so comfortable! My cheap, old one felt like a piece of rope tied around my waist in comparison. This belt has all the feel of robust quality.

The curve on the buckle of the Classic Belt is what caught my eye first. Just that something a little different. I got mine in the Old World Tan colour. Very happy with the belt!
